Driving in Western Howard County is normally very picturesque. Except recently I am noticing more and more signs for real estate developments (Columbia Builders is the worst - giving directions from Route 40 all the way to Ten Oaks).
It sure is unsightly - isn't it illegal? Can I take these signs down? Better yet, can someone at
the County do this?
Maybe fine the builders?
The signs ARE illegal. There is a sign ordinance.
I am not sure of the right to take the signs down.
The County has surrendered to the real estate developers, who can do whatever they want.
