I'm interested in precinct-level analysis for Legislative District 9A. David Osmundson didn't run much of a campaign, but came close to knocking off Warren Miller. Columbia is safe for Dems, it's time to look to expand and mimic Montgomery County by methodically wiping out the rest of the elected Republicans.
