Maps are always useful when discussing urban planning and lucky for us our county does a superb job making available many such maps on their website.

Policemen, firemen, teachers, civil servants, people who serve you meals, and clean up after us.

I think we should work something out so that our local firemen and policemen ..... who are our first responders when "bad things" happen .... can afford to live in the communities they are paid to protect.

And teachers ..... they are there for our children every day during the school year.

I really like the idea of mixed-income housing. I personally do not have children, but I love to look out my window and see children playing. Young families will have a very hard time affording the ever-increasing cost of housing in this area. I appreciate a wide range of people to interact with on a daily basis ..... words of wisdom from someone who's been around a while ....... fresh perspectives from someone still wet behind the ears ..... even people new to this country.
