February 27th Hearing on Downtown Columbia Plan

The Department of Planning and Zoning is planning on holding a hearing on the current proposed plan for Downtown Columbia on Monday, February 27th at 7pm at the Spear Center (former Rouse Building) on the Lake Front. This has the potential of being an excellent opportunity for the community to express their thoughts on the plan. I highly encourage everyone to come to it.
