First Listening Session
As I promised in my campaign I will hold listening sessions once a month at the Bagel Bin in Kings Contrivance to listen to any concerns or suggestions residents might have. Hopefully, someone inquired about the plans to dredge the lakes. I heard there may be a plan to cut down a number of trees and clear some land just to make a temporary truck road near Lake Kittamaqundi.
Can't the dredged soil be transported on the water (barges or floating belt conveyors maybe?), underwater in tubes, or via trucks that use the existing paved ramp at lakefront without having to clear mature tree canopies and bushes?
